![]() I produce approx 5 biorobots per sol so It'll take quite a while but I plan to create more, I've got RC dozers now so I'm using them to tear down mountains for tens of thousands of waste rock to create rare metals with and also fuel the terraforming process. At the moment I've got about 150 out of 500 colonists as biorobots and I haven't taken any colonists from the earth in a long time. Right now I'm trying to create a colony populated mostly by biorobots, I've got a bunch of electronics factories and I'm playing as brazil so I can create tons of rare metals to fuel the electronics to create the biorobots. That's true, once I get the laser defense tech I usually start causing constant meteor storms with my rockets so there's almost always meteors flyng at my colony in late stage game. Breakthrough technologies are denoted by the yellow anomalies with magnifying glasses on them when you. While challenging terrain is nice asthetically, it does reduce amount of buildable space-which is why I also like more flat terrain. Biorobots are available after researching the Positronic Brain in the Breakthroughs list. Like, 'here, have some free metal.' Just need to have a defense system to keep bldg's from getting hit-which is why I like the mod for patriot missile defense. Also, all the free sanity and morale you could need.Įdit, the ones with dots are paradox added.Originally posted by Mardoin69:Meteor storms are the one 'hazard' that's actually 'Good' to have. My bad colonists halfway the game usually already produce at 200. Omega often grants magnetic extraction and if you savescum for overcharge amps you can get depleted mines producing enough to sustain small colonies :'). So far my most perfect bio robot seed is (as paradox, it adds usefull ones on this map) 6N145E It doesn't have gene tech, but with sanitoriums replacing bad things for positive, and biorobots not dying. Seriously, if you want a colony that never runs out of resources, is easy to automate, is hyper efficient, and is just an easy map to work with to build your little cylon paradise, that'd be a good one. Have yet to get a diamond dome but that worthless fungal farm breakthough shows just about every time. And no god damn fungi breakthrough for once. The only thing it's missing is the dome breakthroughs and forever young (but that one doesn't matter to you if you're going biorobots) to be absolutely perfect. However, it is stupid easy mode in terms of the other breakthroughs: service bots ancient terraforming device designated forestation construction nanites solar, wind, AND sterling efficiency upgrades (though no endless free fusion power) nano-refinement overcharge amplifications vector pump and a couple more of the good ones. It has biorobots and neural empathy but not gene selection, so gets close to what you want. I'll try to keep looking.īut if I may suggest: 2S 110E. There was a site that someone had made that had all the maps with a filter system, like this but also including the breakthroughs: but I'm having trouble finding it again.
